PAYMENT
We accept payment by PAYPAL which is secure, free and easy to use. Pay with your bank account, debit card, credit card or your paypal balance. You don't have to be registered with Paypal or have a paypal account, you just need a credit or debit card.
If you would like to pay by CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER (UK only), please place your order online, enter your details then email to confirm you will be paying by post.

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your jewelley order within one working day. All jewellery is sent securely packaged in tissue paper / bubble wrap in a padded envelope. First Class Recorded post is used for all items going to the UK and International Signed For outside the UK. You only pay postage for the first item in an order, so whether you are buying 1 or 10 pieces of jewellery, the postage is the same. If you require Special Delivery please email us before going through checkout

RETURNS
We hope that your jewellery order is just what you wanted, but if it isn't we are here to help.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with any of the jewellery you have received, just return them to us for either an exchange or refund.
Please note that all returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be received by Running Wild Jewellery within 14 days of you receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and with the original packaging, (earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Items must be sent using recorded delivery.
- Please note we are not responsible for return postage costs unless you are returning faulty goods.
